for journalism/public relations or communication students. International NGO which has a solid track record in the past doing different projects to bring awareness about humanitarian issues through the arts, is welcoming new interns. We currently have one or two internships available which are paid internships. The starting date will be as soon as possible.  


We will invite you to assistus in a good PR-campaign for the foundation and its founder. You will becontacting the press in Holland and Belgium and you will behelping to create some good press releases. You will be collaboratingwith several international journalists and you will be researchingthe TV, radio and the written press side of journalismand collaborate for the different themes that we are creating. Youwill also be expected to research the latest social media platforms and use themfor exposure. 

You should be multilingualbecause we are working with an international team, so not only Dutch people butpeople all over Europe. It is important that you can do good research byyourself and are able to work well independently in corona times. You willget different assignments via internet, and occasionally we will haveface to face meetings if necessary, in the foundation. The internships can beeither short term, for a few weeks, or long term for a few months. Theworking languages will be English and Dutch. We are also openmindedfor French speaking interns.  

As this is an internationalworking environment you will have plenty of opportunities to learn differentlanguages and network with others. If the internship goes well, you even couldreceive a long-term working contract with our NGO. 

The location of theinternships will be in Amersfoort, but will be almost entirely online, so theycan be done from the whole of Europe. Payment is according to the Dutch regulations: €350-€800, but in exceptional cases when people have more experience, the internship fee can be higher.  

 

There will be a short try-outafter which you will receive a contract. (Part time internships arepreferred.)
