Stage omschrijving

Retailors, international company and NIKE’s leading partner on EMEA and Canadian markets, managing and operating 66 retail stores, is looking for a candidate for Real Estate Intern position.

In our Amsterdam HQ located in Kalverstraat, you will be supporting the real estate team in managing current international portfolio and its development for NIKE and any other Retailors’ ventures on EMEA market.

In this position, you will:

· Learn about our portfolio and real estate development of our brands

· Develop knowledge of lease agreements across our markets and lease administration skills and processes, from location pitch to lease signature

· Communicate with international teams located in our HQ in Tel Aviv, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Toronto

· Help improve our lease database and market intelligence

· Support internal communications with our brands and project approval processes by creating presentations and pitches to bid for new brands and markets

· Participate on conversations with our market partners and landlords

· Contribute to store opening process by general problem solving (communication with assistants to arrange signatures, internal coordination with construction and operations, external with vendors)

About you:

· Passionate about commercial real estate

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

· Must be competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

· Willing to broaden horizon past just real estate, learn about retail operations and brand development
