Do you want to be in charge of the customer journey from A-Z? Are you precise, customer-oriented and looking for continue improvement? Then this internship is for you! 

Together with a young and international team, you will make our brand grow and make City Game become the world leader. You will work on the whole customer journey from the moment of booking, customer service lines and responding to reviews, constantly seeking ways to improve the whole flow.

A selection of your work 

  • Customer service: answer the service line, reply to emails, helping customers in case of doubts.
  • Work on booking platforms: upload and manage the products on Get Your Guide, Viator, and other platforms.
  • After care: respond to reviews and emails, seek ways to improve our services.
