Your activities

The Flexible Transport System (FTS) from Rexroth is a unique technical solution for transporting and positioning materials and workpieces. 

A critical step in the design phase of integrating the FTS into a new machine is the drive size calculation. This process helps select the optimal motor and drive combination for various applications, culminating in a comprehensive report detailing the outputs of the calculations.

We are seeking innovative ideas to enhance our current drive sizing approach. Potential areas for improvement include:
- Streamlining the calculation process for increased efficiency.
- Integrating advanced algorithms for more accurate motor-drive selection.
- Implement a visualization to review the mechanical layout.
- Incorporating a list of required materials into the drive sizing process.
